The TU Advantage Card Terms and Conditions
The TU Advantage Card (The Card)
Use of The Card indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Tools Unlimited reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions. The latest terms and conditions are always available on the TU website. The Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card. Use of The Card will allow you to receive discounts, specials, bonuses or other privileges that Tools Unlimited may offer from time to time. The Card is not transferable.
Applying for The Card
The TU Advantage Card is open to all current and new customers of Tools Unlimited. All registration details must be completed. You are ineligible to apply if you cannot supply a valid email address or mobile phone number. Tools Unlimited reserves the right to refuse an application.
Using The Card
Your TU Advantage Card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive any discount, special, bonus or other privileges that may be currently on offer. Tools Unlimited reserves the right to not honour any offer if The Card is not presented.
Use of The Card is limited to the name holder on The Card. Specials and deals that are offered to TU Advantage Card Members are exclusive to TU Advantage Card members only. Others deals may be offered to non TU Advantage Members that are different to TU Advantage Card members.
Issuers Rights
The TU Advantage Card remains the property of Tools Unlimited. Tools Unlimited reserves the right to decline a registration or to withdraw and cancel a card at any time. The Card MUST be returned to Tools Unlimited upon request. The Card must not be copied or modified in any way. If The Card is lost or destroyed, you must contact Tools Unlimited as soon as possible to arrange a replacement card.
A new application form is to be completed every twelve (12) months to ensure all details supplied are still correct. Tools Unlimited is to be contacted and notified of any change of customer details within seven (7) day.
Customer Protection
All information supplied by the customer will remain the property of Tools Unlimited. Tools Unlimited will not sell or pass on to any third party information supplied. The card holder will receive regular promotional and advertising information from Tools Unlimited via email and/or SMS. The information supplied is used for the promotion and advertising of events and specials from Tools Unlimited for Advantage Card members only. The information will not be used for any other purpose.
